It is so nice to be here in our farmhouse and able to take our bikecycles and take a tour down to the fjord and stick your feets down in the water, actually a bit warm !:) and one really nice thing out here in the countryside, overalls is just normal !!

today it is Key day

Today it is bit chilly out and I am going to have one of my key overalls on since they are a bit warmer and not so worn out, having a nice front and a nice cross band in a matching green color (Dickies always being red !), making no doubt that it is KEY I’m wearing

I really like the small details and when you compare the big smith, dickies and pointer brand, you can enjoy the diversity of different front of the overalls, almost the only place for making a difference on a pair of overalls, if not on the back, I will come back to that

When I saw my last post, I realized that one of the reasons for loving overalls, is that they almost have their own aesthetics, especially on the front and it becomes no less fascinating while they are fading and being worn out and getting new colors etc. so I will start to post photos of details of overalls aesthetics ! today it is my most worn out overalls, dickies with a brand sign not readable any more,It might sound weird to talk about overalls aesthetics, but not for me and I know many artists love overalls and that is of course also for their very special design, the most comfortable clothing design you can dream of !

wearing big smith at work in business world

Well,it turns out to not be a big deal wearing overalls like these big smith in a big company, where I am working right now, even if it is in their design and development section and that may explain why it is so unproblematic, but it is wonderful to do it, making me much more relaxed and able to do what I am supposed to do !and they are bought 2 or 3 years ago in a thrift store in San Francisco !:) so a big hurra for expanding the space for wearing overalls !

overalls become fancy and overprized

I just saw another blog telling an incredible story about free people (= apparently having more money  than they can use!) where you can buy a pair of Levis Lot 66 bib overalls for no less than 595 $, it is simply too much ! You can buy almost dozens of thrifted overalls for that in many thrift-stores ! but it is interesting to see that it looks like it is going to be in style again ! and of course it is because there are no any other clothing thing which can beat the comfy feeling of being free (ha,ha, talking about free people !) so lets see how it evolves, it could be fun if more people are starting to wear overalls !
